In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:-
1. Ms. Babila Rakwal, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer, Jammu & Kashmir Energy Development Agency, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Reasi.
2. Mr. Charandeep Singh, JKAS, Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Director, Rural Sanitation, J&K, relieving Mr. Rakesh Kumar Srangal, JKAS, Director, Panchayati Raj, J&K of the additional charge of the post.
Further, Mr. Alok Kumar, IRS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Jammu & Kashmir Energy Development Agency, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
